‘Tibet Meditation’ is a feature length journey into the heart of Tibet, a love song to the Himalaya, and an uncovering of the unique Tibetan way of life. Join us as we travel from modern day life in Tibet’s capital Lhasa, deep into the wild Himalayan mountains and vast plateaus of this beautiful, awe inspiring country.
This screening will be complemented by a rare live music performance by Alain Presencer, the man responsible for giving singing bowls their name. He will be playing his antique collection of Tibetan instruments, their powerful sounds lead people naturally into a meditative space. No previous experience of meditation is needed to enjoy this unique event.
